During the pandemic, I stopped almost all of my physical activity and fell into some unhealthy
eating habits. Julia was an inspiring fitness coach who gave me a personalized workout
program tailored to my wants and safe for my knee injury. She added new exercises to keep it
fresh throughout our year together. Her videos of each exercise were very helpful and easy to
follow. Julia gave me healthy and simple meal and snack ideas that got me out of my take-out
food trap. I learned some great habits from Julia such as weekly goal setting and increasing my
daily water intake. Her weekly check-ins kept me on track and she was constantly encouraging
me to meet my goals. I looked and felt fabulous at my recent wedding! -
